Blending painting and sculpture, the background lines are created using laminated sheets of wood, while the back is made of birch wood. The signature is engraved on a brass plate inlaid on the back.
The ceramic tile is boldly crafted. It mixes techniques to create a play of light, texture and relief that adds a whole new dimension to the work.
Bold and contemporary, this unique piece measures 40 cm by 40 cm. It is 1.6 cm thick. A notch is carved into the back to ensure optimum grip.
